It’s often riddled with distractions , negativity and external pressures , including the voices of haters and manipulators .  


These negative influences can sap your energy and cloud your focus , making it seem nearly impossible to stay motivated and committed to your goals . However , it is absolutely possible to thrive amidst adversity by cultivating resilience and a steadfast focus on what truly matters . Here’s how to stay extremely focused and motivated , no matter the external noise . 
 
Define Your Vision and Goals .  
The first step to  maintaining focus is to clearly define your vision and set specific goals .  When you have a clear understanding of your purpose ,   
it becomes easier to tune out distractions .   
Write down your goals and aspirations , ensuring they are specific , measurable , achievable , relevant and time-bound (SMART) .
